Chapter 35: Hard Fight with the Boss Monster

Even if the cause was lost, he didn't plan to go down without a proper fight. The monster was walking, so carefree like she was walking in her own home, towards him, as he started to walk step by step towards her.

The whole hall was now silent, as all the members of his team were attracted to this monster, falling under the clutches of her skill. as for Bloom, he kept his focus on her, nothing else.

She had no weapon in hand, though her fingernails were so long that he could consider them as claws.

"Are you coming to give me a hug? Or a kiss?" she asked, with a very enticing voice, causing ripples in the air.

'Damn, another skill is used in a row,' he muttered as he gritted his teeth, continuing to walk after a momentarily pause.

"Ain't I beautiful to you?"

Another ripple hit him, which made him pause, then he continued to walk.

"Don…"

Just as she was about to use another skill, Bloom was close enough to her, so he used his talent, coupled with his basic skill.

"Stab!"

"100"

His basic attack caused a mere one hundred, despite him being on the same level as her. On the other hand, her Hp appeared, she had two long strips of Hp above her head!

'Two lives! She has two lives!!' he yelled, cursed, shouted with great frustration inside his head, but on the surface, he kept his cool, as he linked this attack with another one, while she glanced at his sword, with no interest at all while commenting:

"You don't know how to trea…"

"Slice!"

"150"

He interrupted her again, which made him understand part of her abilities. He used slice to turn behind her, where she rotated her waist, like it was made of rubber, and looked seductively towards him, while he finally used his long desired attack.

"You have me in your hands but you use yo…"

"Dash!"

The moment he reached the place he wanted, he didn't delay to use his super skill, dash, to move like a meteor towards the monster, stabbing her in the heart, pushing her with him towards the nearby wall.

He repeated what he coincidently did at the previous hall, but now he used it on purpose.

"Boom!"

"450"

The damage that floated above her head was really big, but not big enough to make him satisfied. The moment she was hit by this skill, stabbed in the chest, pinned to the wall, she was stunned.

Stunning the monster negated all the skills she used. Bloom knew that, and thus the moment he stabilized his body, he shouted on others:

"Use your strongest skills now!"

He didn't even turn to look at them, even when he said those words, he was pulling out his sword, while starting his own barrage of attacks.

"Stab."

"Stab."

"Stab."

"Stab."

"100"

"200"

"200"

"100"

Unfortunately there was no way for any maneuver here, so he had only one skill in hand to use. Just as he went berserk on her, others got awakened from their entrances, recalling what happened, and feeling somehow embarrassed and angry.

And thus the battle finally kicked in by their participation in raining down this enchanting monster.

For five seconds, they managed to clear one thousand Hp from this monster, mainly cleared away by Bloom, whose skills caused the highest damage of all.

The moment she got freed from the stun, she ran, with extreme speed towards the distance, away from the attacks on her. Bloom was the first to adapt, as he was the nearest one to her.

He chased this chick monster to the centre of the hall, where she just turned to face him, she had her entire armor, glistering in a blue luster, made up of thin translucent scales, to cover her body instead of her dress.

Despite being in armored form, her battle form, most of her chest and shoulders were still exposed to their eyes. Bloom knew she would use another skill of her to enchant them, so he didn't hesitate to use his second stun.

"Dash!"

He moved, with great speed to hit her body heavily. This time, he only managed to move her a few meters before the skill effect expired.

"200"

Only two hundred points of damages appeared on top of her head, while she was stunned for three seconds only. using the dash skill without the violent wall hitting had decreased a lot of the skill's effects!

Three seconds passed with the skills raining on her without stopping. The moment she got freed again, she ran, but this time he was ready for her.

"Slice."

"150"

"Dash."

He used the previous effective combination on her, using slice to cope with her running speed, micro editing his position, before he used his dash skill in the most suitable position, pushing the sword onto her bulging bare chest, driving her towards the wall behind her.

"Boom!"

They clashed, violently, on the wall, while she was pinned by his sword.

"400"

Her armor managed to absorb one hundred points of damage, which was acceptable by him, as she was stunned for another five seconds.

After she wore off her armor, the damage caused by them decreased, so in the last couple of stun times, they only managed to make her Hp fall by another thousand.

As she lost two thousand Hp, the first bar of Hp decreased by one fifth, making its total Hp reached ten thousand points!

That was a monstrous amount of Hp, especially against such a difficult monster to fight!

Once the monster freed herself from the stun, a shield appeared in one hand, rounded, with a smooth surface, made out of dark blue material in color. Its edge was made of scales, though, making it look ovoid in shape more than rounded.

'So, each time we inflict damage on her, she would use one gear of her arsenal!' Bloom muttered, as he watched her run, and this time he had no way to stop her.
