My Son Might Be A Villain

Chapter 334: Su Ran was too busy sharing photos to her friend's circle to notice the pointed “exchange” between the father and son. (1)

Su Ran turned around from the passenger seat.

“We are about to see our new place. Are you nervous son?” Su Ran blinked and asked Su Han.

“What’s there to be nervous about?” said Su Han coolly with his hands inside the pockets of his school uniform. His hands that were in his pockets, tightened a little.

Seeing how her son’s mouth almost formed a straight line but he was still pretending to be cool, Su Ran stopped herself from smiling and did not call the little kid out. She pulled out her key and opened the door.

With the exception of furniture, the remodeling of the house was completed.

As such, the entire house lit up when Su Ran turned the lights on.

The place now was much different than when it was just cement walls with a layer of ash over it; it was now looking a lot like a home.

The wall was white and the windows bright, as was the floor. It was exactly the simplistic Northern European style that Su Ran had always wanted. It was simple but cozy, exactly what she had in mind!

“What do you think?” she could hear Lu Shao asking her.

“It’s awesome!” said Su Ran with a nod. There was unconcealable excitement in her eyes.

Su Ran had her own houses in her original life.

Some much bigger than this place, even. They were also remodeled and decorated according to her preferences by her little assistants. Nevertheless, Su Ran seemed only to find her houses just a place to create and sleep and they never felt special to her.

This was the first time she was so excited.

“Let’s go. Let’s go. Let’s go take a closer look inside.” Su Ran turned and pulled her son toward the inside of the house with her.

“Wait!”

“What is it now?”

“Let’s put shoe covers on first.”

“Where are we going to get shoe covers from?” asked Su Han, somewhat baffled.

Su Han: Somewhat over the top, but he’ll let it slide.

Lu Shao: So, Su Ran had been walking around all day today with a roll of shoe covers in her purse?

Both father and son put on the shoe covers that were handed over to them by Su Ran.

“The team referred by Mr. Lu did a good job,” said Su Ran to Lu Shao, with a look full of content as she looked around the apartment.

Having read all the articles about issues and conflicts when it came to remodeling, Su Ran was quite worried at the beginning.

She never expected that the remodeling of her place would be so outstanding. It didn’t seem like there was any issues.

It seemed the supervisor on the team had done a good job.

Su Ran nodded and thought to herself.

Had Lu Shao been able to read Su Ran’s mind, he would probably say: Yes, I was that supervisor.

“We can have a dinner table over here. It didn’t need to be too big. 1.4 meter long should be sufficient,” said Su Ran as she pointed at a spot next to the living room.

It was bright enough with the dining area’s lights on.

“You will be able to do your homework out here if you don’t want to stay in your room,” said Su Ran as she looked at Su Han.

“And, over here, we can add a couch……” Su Ran turned toward the father and son. “A three-person couch with a lounger, what do you think?”

“Sure.”

“Sounds good.”

Then it was the kitchen.

Su Ran didn’t know much about remodeling of the kitchen so she looked for a photo online and handed it over to the remodeling team, telling them that was what she was looking for.

Su Ran hadn’t expected the kitchen to exceed her original expectations, even.

It was very Tall, Bigger, and High End!

“Oh no. This kitchen is so nice. I feel that this kitchen is too good for my awful cooking,” said Su Ran regretfully.

“I don’t mind,” said Su Han coolly

And then added in his mind: So long as you don’t blow the kitchen up.

Lu Shao just smiled next to them.

“It’s fine,” said Lu Shao to Su Ran.

Recalling the recipes that Su Ran had shared in her friend's circle a while back, he stopped himself from saying “I can cook; you won’t need to” so as not to discourage her.

“Alright, so long as you guys are okay with it,” said Su Ran with a pressure-free smile.

Her son wouldn’t mind how well or poor her cooking was. As for Mr. Lu, he didn’t seem the picky type either.
