The elders on Lin Shan’s side were moved as their eyes revealed a longing for the Seven Mystic Treasure Pills.

Ling Xiao smiled. This was the exact effect that he wanted.

Liu Yiyi too was not resigned to the outcome. She had always belittled Ling Xiao, thus she was surprised that he had advanced to such a frightening state in just a short period of time.

The stronger he became, the more afraid she was, and the more she wanted to get rid of him. Perhaps she was feeling that way because she wanted to disguise her regret.

Her act was so touching that some disciples wanted to stand up for her by questioning Ling Xiao.

Although the people from Indulgence Sect looked dejected, the disciples from Longevity Sect were beyond ecstatic.

Although I don’t know what exactly happened, I trust Ling Xiao’s character, so I believe that he didn’t kill him without reason. Upon hearing those words, Lin Shan’s body twitched. It was as if a fire was burning inside of him. ‘If you don’t know what exactly happened, why would you say that you trust Ling Xiao’s character? If I were to insist that he’s the one who killed Haoyu, then I’ll be going against you.’
