Chapter 127: Shock!!

Editors and Proof Readers: Dervish, Alty

Just after Fu Yan boarded the plane and not even ten minutes had passed, his cell phone suddenly rang.

Fu Yan looked at the screen and saw that it was a message from Qing. He connected the headphones and listened to the message.

"Big Brother, Just a minute ago, I lost all access to your Aunt's house and the connected area. All CCTVS are down. Even cell phones and the internet are down within the radius of 2km."

Hearing this message, anxiety rose in his heart. He did not care what the people who killed his parents wanted from him, all he cared about was the wellbeing of his aunt and her family.

He quickly opened a messaging app that Qing developed to deliver messages to her.

"Keep trying to get the connection back. Monitor all other CCTVS outside the dark zone and inform me immediately if you find something."

Just after he sent this message, it disappeared, and the app closed itself automatically. Qing made this app in such a way that there will be no message record left in it after every conversation and every time it sends a message, the app will close itself down and disconnect from the internet.

She added this function after Fu Yan asked. It was done so that even if someone tried to track the sent message, they wouldn't be able to and by the time they reopen the app, the message would have disappeared.

Fu Yan placed the phone back into his pocket and closed his eyes. He knew that no matter how much he worried about them, the situation would not change, so he decided to calm down and think about what he could do.

After 3 hours, the plane landed in city B and Fu Yan left the airport after the security check. He rented a car and hurried towards his aunt's house. During the whole way, he was constantly praying for the safety of his aunt and her family.

After driving for half an hour, he reached the area where his aunt lived. Just when he made a turn towards where she lived, he saw police cars and ambulances.

Seeing this, his heart suddenly sank, and he parked the car in the middle of the street. Just when he was getting out of the car, a police officer approached him.

"Sir, you can't park your car here. You need to move it."

But Fu Yan did not pay any attention and mindlessly walked towards aunt Biyu's house.

The police officer thought Fu Yan did not hear him, so he reached forward and tried to stop him. Just when he was about to touch Fu Yan's shoulder, Fu Yan mechanically turned and the next moment, the police officer was on the ground, trying to understand what just happened.

After a while, when he came back to his senses, Fu Yan was already in front of the house. Two police officers were standing in front of the house, blocking the front door.

Fu Yan walked in front of them and one of them came forward and stopped Fu Yan. It's just he was lucky that he did not touch him.

"Who are you? This is a crime scene, so you are not allowed to approach. Please leave!"

Fu Yan ignored him too, all his thoughts revolving around what happened here. Where were Aunt Biyu, Xen and his uncle?

Suddenly feeling someone in front of him, Fu Yan came back to his senses a little and seeing that it was police, he mechanically asked.

"What happened here? Where are the residents of this house?"

But the policeman did not answer him. Getting no answers, Fu Yan ignored him again and tried to force his way into the house.

But how the policemen allow him to do so. They tried to tackle him, but the same thing happened again and they were on the floor. When they came back to their senses, Fu Yan was already inside the house.

In the house, there were 4 to 5 police officers present. One was taking pictures of the house from different angles and others were trying to recreate the scene.

When Fu Yan came in, he saw blood on the floor. His heart suddenly sank. He felt like a huge mountain had been smashed on his head.

He staggered a little but soon stabled himself and walked forward with some hope. When he turned inside the kitchen plus dining room, he saw two chalk drawn bodies on the floor and a pool of blood. On the one side, there was a gun laying.

Just from the size of the chalk drawing, Fu Yan instantly recognized that it was his precious aunt Biyu, and the other one was his uncle.

Losing all hope, grief engulfed Fu Yan, and he sat down on the floor with a thump.

The officers working in the house looked toward Fu Yan after hearing the noise and just when they were going to ask who he was, the door opened again and two policeman who were guarding the front door walked and when they saw Fu Yan sitting on the ground, they lunged towards him but were stopped by one of the officers.

They hurriedly explained the whole situation to him and then that officer told them to go back.

After dealing with them, he came towards Fu Yan and saw that Fu Yan's whole face was covered with tears. His eyes, lost of any hope, were staring at the chalk drawn bodies.

The officer knew that he might be the relative of the deceased so he decided to give Fu Yan some time, and after some time passed, he slowly tapped Fu Yan on the shoulder.

"Sir, are you alright?" He asked politely.

But Fu Yan did not answer and just kept staring. The officer tapped Fu Yan on his shoulder again, and this time asked in a louder voice.

"Sir, can you please tell me what was your relation with the deceased?"

He expected that Fu Yan was going to ignore him again, but he heard a weak voice.

"My uncle and aunt."

Hearing this, the officer became energetic and continued to ask.

"When was the last time you talked to them?"

But Fu Yan did not answer him and questioned.

"Where is my little cousin? He must be afraid. Take me to him."

Hearing this, the officer was confused and replied in a neutral tone.

"We did not find anyone other than these bodies here. If what you are saying is true, then I think the attackers have taken him with them."

After that, he paused a little and then continued.

"I know it's hard for you, but you should come with us to the police station. If you know anything about the perpetrators, then we might be able to find your cousin."

Fu Yan looked towards the police officer and then let out a smile full of despair and anger.

"You can do anything. If I am right, then you will soon receive an order to stop investigating or something similar. That's how shitty this society is. I was wrong about making this world a better place for humans."

Saying this, Fu Yan stood up and walked out of the house. The police officer was stunned for a moment after hearing what Fu Yan said, and then he hurriedly followed Fu Yan out.

The electricity and CCTVS were back online now. Fu Yan walked in front of a camera and looked towards it.

"I know you are watching. I don't know why you killed my uncle and aunt. But what's done is done. I only care about Xen now. Let him go or take me to see him. If I don't get an answer in 5 minutes, then I will expose everything that I have gathered so far. I am saying again, I only want to see Xen now."

The police officer watched Fu Yan's performance with suspicious eyes. He was wondering if Fu Yan was right in the head or not.

Just when he was wondering what to do with him, 3 black cars approached Fu Yan and then stopped right beside him.

The door of the middle car opened, and a figure got out.

When Fu Yan saw the person getting off, his eyes could not help but tremble with shock. He never could have imagined in his dreams that this person was involved in his parents' murder.
